I made tea blends for the Wiccan Haus series. The Wiccan Haus is a shared world paranormal romance series over at Musa Publishing, and I pretty much live and breathe this series. So, naturally, I made tea!
Irish Breakfast, Earl Grey, Masala Chai
Strong and energizing, the Wiccan Haus is spicy and mysterious — no one is really sure where is comes from. Always good however you want. Or need.
Meet the unusual residents of the Wiccan Haus. The staff can get a little hairy and not all of the guests eat what’s served in the dining hall. But the proprietors always do what they can to make the resort into a place of healing and peace, using all of their years of practice. At the Haus, where humans and Paras reside side-by-side, everyone in need of the Rowan siblings’ services are welcome. WELCOME TO THE WICCAN HAUS.
Lapsang Souchong, Peppermint, Assam Melody
Fresh from Sarka’s laboratory. A little rough around the edges, with no time to sugar-coat things, take this tea as it is. If you dare.
Oriental Spice, Irish Breakfast
Not as bitter as you’d expect from one of the Dark Ones, and hard to pin down. This tea keeps you guessing what it’s got hidden under those deceptively simple layers.
Rooibos Vanilla Chai, Guanabana, Citron Green
Just like Cemil, this tea is light and whimsical, but strong enough to wrap around you in a warm embrace. This tea can hold its own against any full-blooded chai, but don’t worry; it’s a lover, not a fighter.
Apricot Green, Mandarin Green, Spiced Green
One of Sage’s specialties is brewing the perfect cup of tea. With a light floral scent and the faintest trace of fruit, this tea is perfect for sitting in our meditation garden and allowing your soul the chance to find its rest.
Thai Chai, Ginger, Oriental Spice
Our receptionist has spent hours scrying for the perfect blend. Rich and toasty, this tea has traveled the world over to reach your cup. It’s in the cards that these spices will go perfectly with milk and honey.
Masala Chai, Tiger Eye, Ginger
Sharply spicy, with a deceptively comforting scent. Security at the Wiccan Haus is buttoned up tight thanks to Rekkus the were-tiger, but just like his tea, Rekkus is good and strong, and you can always depend on him to turn out right. But watch out — the kitty’s got claws.
Foxtrot, Lemon Grass
Welcome to Trixie’s breathing class. Take a deep breath, smell the fresh flowers from the garden, taste a hint of our special lemonade lingering on the tongue. Remember to breathe from low in your abdomen. Hold it. Feel the air, light and relaxing on your skin, focus on the sunlight, the sound of the surf. Hold it. Hold it. And release.
Spiced Apple Chai, Caramel, Cinnamon
Smells like hot apple cider and tastes like magic. Everyone knows the saying ‘an apple a day keeps the doctor away,’ and while this tea isn’t made with the apples from the Haus’s famous orchard, it tastes like it could be.

Just a hint of what I’ve been working on lately. Almost done, too.
Edit: First one changed when I fixed the lack of background issue.
